Congrats on the settlement date! I went for a drive around the new roads today, will be good to see some houses start popping up. how long until you start building?
Hi Mandy, We are hoping to build as soon as humanly possible! But you know what they say about best laid plans. Your place is looking great, I drove past the other day and it looks like they have nearly finished the outside. Do you know how long it will be till you're in? x
I think around 8-10 weeks. It's all plastered with cabinets in, the fix carpenter will be finished tomorrow with the doors/skirting boards. It's all going pretty well! It took us FOREVER to get started but they have made up for lost time since then. Hopefully they will do the brick clean and external painting soon so it feels a bit more finished!
